Aptean’s annual User Conference - EDGE - was seeking to raise its level of production as well as launch a new advertising platform that more clearly differentiated it from competitors.
Launch the new brand platform - “Where Software Works” - in a dramatic and exciting fashion, and identify a guest speaker who can help crystallize this message.
Meet attendee expectations for the event, then surpass them in a moment of surprise. Our scenic design initially appeared to be the same modest design as the prior year. However, at the moment that the new brand platform was introduced, curtains along the back wall dropped to reveal a screen three times the size of prior years that displayed the new platform. At the finale of the meeting, Mike Rowe of “Dirty Jobs” presented the keynote address.
