EMD Serono  |  New Employee Onboarding Program

Throughout 2017, IM Creative worked with EMD Serono to reimagine their employee onboarding process to address employee engagement, a siloed mentality among different job functions at the organization, and a lack of comprehensive understanding of how each job function supports to overall organization. IM Creative came up with a creative solution to this problem that ran as a successful pilot program and will now be rolled out across Merck KGaA globally.
