SITUATION
Red Hat’s annual sales meetings for their own sales force and their partner resellers were not connected in theme, message, or overall experience.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Galvanize two unique sales audiences (employees and partners) around current market opportunities in a cost-effective but energizing way.

STRATEGY
Leverage resources. IM Creative suggested co-locating the two events and conducting them in succession to save money, align messaging and optimize senior executives’ time. We eliminated the need to create two experiences, instead highlighting the evolving Red Hat corporate identity for both meetings. A modest, contemporary general session environment was augmented by large-scale printed panels and architectural branding throughout the venue. Additionally, our time with executives in rehearsal allowed us to create more consistent message alignment across the two experiences, helping executives and the overall business.
